In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our commercial clients. You’ll work closely with businesses of all sizes to assess their insurance needs, provide expert guidance, and recommend appropriate coverage options. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will ensure that our clients receive the utmost care and attention.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about building relationships and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within the insurance industry. You must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, providing prompt and professional assistance
– Assess client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique requirements
– Research and analyze insurance policies and coverage options to identify the most appropriate solutions
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
– Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient and accurate processing of client requests and policy changes
– Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within the insurance industry
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
– Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
