The insurance industry has changed substantially in my 51 years in the business. The days of the one-man insurance agency are coming to an end. In order to continue to provide a high level of service and offer additional markets and resources to our customers, I have made the decision to merge with ICI Insurance.
It is important you know that I am not retiring. On August 15th, we will be moving our office just a couple blocks away to 8521 E 21st St N, Wichita, KS 67206. Carol Melton and Danielle Dodds are coming with me. Although the name of the agency and our email addresses will eventually change, our people and our commitment to you will remain the same.
ICI is a locally owned agency that shares many of the same values as Kenneth Dingwall Insurance. I spent eight months trying to find the right agency to merge with, and I am confident that ICI is the best choice for me and our customers.
